What We're Looking For
- •Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- •Minimum 5 years plus experience in Operations Management, Key Account Management, Business development or B2B Customer Service
- •Able to work in high speed environment
- •Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and presentation skills
- •Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- •Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- •Strong communication ability
- •Good time management skills
- •Strong analysis and reporting skills
Your Challenge
- •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience
- •Set the vision, strategy, execution for measuring, monitoring and improving business performance
- •Identify business opportunities and challenges and coordinate actioning
- •Leading and evolving a very dynamic team
- •Dive into data to identify the root of a problem and solving it
- •Analyse processes to establish mid and long term action plans
- •Managing workflow of customer claim
- •Track and report KPIs to management team with development ideas
